RFIDHY's flexible UHF on-metal labels deliver high performance on metallic surfaces - at a total thickness of just 0.6 mm. The thin, flexible construction bends to fit both flat and curved metal, making it a practical choice for industrial applications where standard tags fail.
Slim and Flexible
At 0.6 mm thick (0.8 mm option available), the label remains flexible enough to conform to curved and irregular metal surfaces, while retaining reliable read performance. Ideal for equipment that sees vibration, tight spaces, or surfaces that standard rigid tags cannot follow.
On-Metal Performance
Designed specifically for metallic items - regardless of whether the surface is flat or bent. The label performs reliably on metal and is also suitable for liquid-filled containers, where ordinary RFID tags lose signal.
Chip Options and Customization
Available with the Impinj Monza R6P as standard, with Monza R6 and Monza R6A as alternates to match different read-range and memory requirements. Four sizes are available: 70×30, 60×35, 40×25, and 20×20 mm. Customized shapes and sizes are available on request.
